God of War series veteran Todd Papy, who most recently worked on 2013's God of War: Ascension as its director, has joined Star Citizen developer Cloud Imperium Games.
"Got a new job, excited to be part of a great team and working on Star Citizen," he wrote on Twitter. His new title at Cloud Imperium is design director.
Papy quit God of War developer Sony Santa Monica in November 2013. He joined Crysis developer Crytek a month later, where he was working on an unannounced game.
Star Citizen remains in ongoing development. Most recently, the game passed $74 million in total funding and revealed plans to honor Leonard Nimoy.
