Enhancements for Flight Unlimited II should be available later this month, according to Looking Glass Studios, the game's creators.
The enhancements will include a new plane - the World War I-era Fokker DR.I triplane - five new adventures, an adventure builder kit, and an enhancement patch 1.04.
One of those new adventures include ones Looking Glass is calling Foo Fighter, which sees the pilot teamed up with special agent Mox Fulder to investigate "possible extraterrestrial activities" and "Dr. Yes," where the pilot must ferry British special agent Boston Flowers on a covert mission.
The 1.04 enhancement patch adds water splash effects and moving ground objects; improved performance of AI controlled planes and better communication through the Air Traffic Control system; programmable force feedback joystick support for Logitech Wingman Force, CH Force, and Microsoft Sidewinder Pro force feedback controllers; and enhanced hardware accelerator support for Power VR and Riva.
