At the start of Fallout 4, a Vault-Tech representative swings by your home to talk about emergency preparedness. Now, YouTube's ICEnJAM has taken some of the character's lines and used them to prank call people. The results, as you might have expected, are very funny. Here's the video (via Kotaku):
No doubt thanks to the strong voice acting, people actually go along with the Vault-Tech rep, though one respondent in particular loses it after the prankster repeatedly calls him. "I DON'T WANT A FALLOUT SHELTER!" he yells at one point. Even if this is staged, it's still a funny use of the Vault-Tech rep's lines.
If it weren't for the references to mutants, this might actually resemble a pitch for a real-world fallout shelter.
Be sure to stick around through to the end, as the prank caller also asks one person questions from the fictional Generalized Occupational Aptitude Test. Amazingly, the man on the end of the line provides some interesting responses.
This is not ICEnJAM's first video game prank call video. Others use lines from games like Grand Theft Auto V, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Fallout 3, and Mafia II to prank unsuspecting people. You can watch ICEnJAM's other videos here on YouTube.
