Sony Online Entertainment has updated the official EverQuest Online Adventures site with news that it's currently taking applications for the beta test. The testing will start in September, and those selected for the beta test will need the PlayStation 2 network adaptor, a memory card, an Internet connection, and a valid Station (Sony Online Entertainment's gaming service) account.
