Wii Fit has unrealistic expectations. I weigh 215 pounds. My ideal weight is probably 190. As a decorated athlete in my home school I measured in at 190. Yet Wii Fit seems to believe that my ideal weight is 166 pounds. 166 pounds! I probably haven't weighed 166 since 8th grade. I know dogs that weigh more than 166 pounds. With such unrealistic and demanding expectations I'm surprised Wii Fit doesn't have a selection of binge-and-purge exercises somewhere between aerobics and yoga.
I'm venting a little here after gaining 2.2 pounds over the weekend. This could be the result of taking my daily body test minutes after consuming a 2.2 pound burrito today at lunch. Still, asking a relatively thin person to lose 25 percent of their body mass is demanding and probably unhealthy. I'll have to donate eight kidneys and a liver in addition to completing my daily strength exercises. Honestly, I can barely do lunges. This Wii Fit thing is harder than I thought. I'm going to happy hour after work to rethink my health strategy.
