Dell brings competitive gaming site Down Under-October 2024
Oct 17, 2024 10:24 PM

The past few years has seen a resurgence among the pro gaming community in Australia, with clans like Frenetic Array and Team Immunity regularly sending players overseas for global tournaments. With traction gaining for e-sports in Australia, Dell has brought its Alienware Arena community site Down Under.

Located over at www.alienwarearena.com, the site is aimed at hardcore PC gamers who are looking to interact with other like-minded players. Alienware Arena is set to host tournaments and competition, as well offer forums for users, and it's completely free to join. It's still early days for the site, and Dell is taking feedback from Aussie gamers as to what direction to take.

Dell has also announced that it'll be continuing its Alienware: Arena 52 Tour throughout December. Similar to the Nintendo Connection Tour, the Alienware: Arena 52 Tour sees a caravan kitted out with Alienware PCs traveling the country to big events, spruiking the company's products.

So far, Dell has confirmed that the Alienware: Arena 52 Tour will be at the Sydney Telstra 400 V8 Supercar Championships on December 2-4, and in Sydney's Martin Place for two days starting on December 5.
