Grand Theft Auto: Vice City has once again retained the number one position on NPD's monthly video game sales chart, despite a strong challenge from new arrival Dragon Ball Z Budokai and impressive moves up the chart from both Madden NFL 2003 and Splinter Cell. The second new entry this month was the GBA version of the SNES classic The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, which debuted at number six.
