Ultima Online attorney for the offense, George Schultz of Bauer & Schultz, travels to Electronic Arts' neck of the woods Friday to take depositions of a number of EA execs.
Schultz told GameSpot News he expects to be in the Bay Area for a couple of days collecting information from Electronic Arts personnel. The information derived from these depositions will go toward building his case against the company, which alleges breach of contract, negligence, intentional misrepresentation, breach of warranties, and more.
