2017 was a slow year for Microsoft-published games, but it looks like the first half of 2018 is going to be much better. Microsoft’s State of Decay 2 and Crackdown 3 are still only officially listed as “2018”, but it seems Amazon Spain may have leaked specific dates. Assuming these dates are the real deal, we won’t be waiting terribly long for either game.

　　According to Amazon, State of Decay 2 is coming out on May 25, and Crackdown 3 is coming on June 29. Both listings are still up on Amazon Spain, although they’ll likely be pulled soon. You can check out screencaps of the listings, below.

　　State of Decay 2 is the sequel to the 2013 Xbox 360 survival game by Undead Labs. The game expands the original concept, adding 4-player co-op and more detailed base-building to the mix. Here’s Microsoft’s official description of the game:

　　“How will you survive? Small-Town America, one year from today. The dead have risen, and civilization has fallen. Even the military couldn’t stop the zombies, and now humanity stands on the brink of extinction. It's up to you to gather survivors and build a community, explore your lasting legacy, and redefine what it means to survive. It’s up to you (and up to three friends) to build your base, develop your characters, and manage resources to survive as a group in this post-apocalyptic zombie world.”

　　Crackdown 3 was supposed to launch this past November alongside the Xbox One X, but suffered a delay. Word is, the game is being updated to give new celebrity star Terry Crews a bigger role. Here’s Microsoft’s official description of the game:

　　“Bust crime as a super-powered Agent of justice in Crackdown 3’s hyper-powered sandbox of mayhem and destruction. Explore the heights of a futuristic city, race through the streets in a transforming vehicle, and use your powerful abilities to stop a ruthless criminal empire. Developed by original creator Dave Jones, Crackdown 3 will deliver cooperative mayhem and an all-new multiplayer mode where destruction is your ultimate weapon against friends and rivals online powered by Microsoft Cloud.”

　　State of Decay 2 and Crackdown 3 are coming to Xbox One and Windows 10 PC. They’ll be joined in the first half of the year by Rare’s multiplayer pirate adventure, Sea of Thieves, which arrives March 20. What do you think Xbox owners? Excited for early 2018?
