Adventure time characters have taken over the office! An early bowling Halloween is in order later today, so most of the office is already dressed up. More pictures will be put up on our Instagram account, so be sure to follow us. Can you name all the characters you recognize in the picture above?
The GameSpot offices from around the world will be participating in an Extra Life charity marathon on our Twitch.Tv channel this weekend benefiting the Children’s Medical Network Hospitals. Our goal for this year is $20,000, so please help by donating. Anything will help even if it’s $0.50 or a $1. It all adds up and will go to help children. Our 50+hour video game marathon will be starting with Danny and the UK crew for 24hrs, then it will be passed off to the US office for another 24hrs and Jessica and the UK crew will rap it up by getting us over the 50-hour slot. I will be participating in this live stream and have already set aside time to play Aladdin on SNES and Resident Evil Director’s Cut for the PS1. If you want to watch me play another other games, let me know! Tweet @ohaifrancy with your suggests and I will play it! Donate Now.

If you saw Dead Rising 3’s announcement at the Microsoft’s E3 2013 Press Conference, there wasn’t so much as a chuckle. The game looked more like something from the Walking Dead then previous Dead Rising games. Maxwell investigates what Capcom’s direction will be. Oh there is a banana hammock in involved, so you be the judge.

On this episode of The Point, Danny realizes his decision making process for games he chooses actually has a lot to do with his friends. I am sure all of you have played a game well after it’s release because of your friends. I personally have chosen Xbox over PS3 for many years because of the Xbox live party chat feature. Having the ability to talk to friend, and play different game has saved many friendships. I believe the PS4 will have a party chat option, so I am excited to try it out. Do the factors that Danny brought also affect your decisions when it comes to what games to guy and on what system? Let me know below!
