Sports Interactive has today released a playable beta demo of Championship Manager 4, which is currently scheduled for release in Europe next month. The demo weighs in at a little under 30MB and can be downloaded from the official Sports Interactive Web site.
In the demo, players are able to assume control of any side in the English league in a quick-start game. A number of options are disabled in the demo, though, including the ability to arrange and cancel friendly matches, view matches in full, and save highlights. The demo also doesn't feature any sound effects or background pictures, but these really have no impact on the gameplay whatsoever.
Championship Manager 4 is currently scheduled for release in Europe next month, but no North American release has been confirmed at this time. For more information, check out our previous coverage of the game.
