Hoping to capitalize on hordes of bored teenagers currently on summer break, Blockbuster Video has begun its Flip Card program, a new version of its Game Freedom Pass. Similar to the company's Movie Pass, purchasers of the card will be able to get unlimited game rentals with no late fees. On the downside, the card will only be good for one game at a time, unlike the two- or three-title movie pass. On the plus side, the Flip Card will only cost $49 for three months, which is far cheaper than the movie pass's $24.99-per-month fee. The Flip Card is available until September 6--right about the time school is back in session.
