According to Fusible, Blizzard recently filed a dispute over the Blizzard.TV, a surprising turn of events given that the last time something like this happened was in 2011. The dispute was withdrawn this week after being filed with the National Arbitration Forum in November. The withdrawn status can be seen on the National Arbitration Forum's site under Case #:1528644.
As of right now, Blizzard.TV is the property of Christie, Parker & Hale LLP, a law firm that has worked with Blizzard on similar cases before. No word has been released in regards to whether or not this is simply a cautionary move or a step towards the creation of a possible broadcasting arm.
