Now Playing: GS News Update: Battleborn PC System Requirements & Split-Screen, Hardcore Mode Details
In addition to the requirements, 2K and Gearbox confirmed that Battleborn's PC version supports PlayStation 4 and Xbox One controllers. Support for the Steam Controller is coming after launch.
The PC version of Battleborn will not support 4K or "off-sized" displays at launch, but the developer is "actively investigating" both to be added sometime further down the road.

Among other things, it's confirmed that Battleborn will have a "Hardcore mode" for Story episodes that give players "unforgiving challenges," 2K explained, though there is no word yet on what those are.
Whatever the case, players will be rewarded for their efforts, as successful players will earn "extra loot" and "all new unlockable content."
Battleborn will also have a mode that is aimed at color-blind players. It is not a true color blind mode per se, but it does allow players to choose their team color and the opposing team's color. "This colorization is applied to enemy color, health bars, competitive objectives, etc., and is available on all platforms," 2K said.
The blog post also covers Battleborn's co-op support. There is local split-screen for PS4 and Xbox One that supports two screens per system, while it's also confirmed that split-screen players can join any team. The maximum number of players per side is five.
Be sure to read the full blog post, as it contains many more details about Battleborn's numerous modes and gameplay features.
