For many gamers, the chance to spend a whole weekend playing retro arcade games like Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, and Frogger free of charge on authentic arcade machines would be nothing short of heaven. Sydney's Powerhouse Museum thought so too, which is why it hosted a Retro Gaming Weekend on January 29, 30, and 31 as part of the Sydney exhibition titled The 80s Are Back.
