Alliance manager, Kellymilkies, has stated on her twitter that the extremely successful Dota 2 squad will be going through changes before their attendance at the StarLadder VIII LAN finals. This is most likely due to the team underperforming in the past months following their enormously successful mid-to-late 2013.
Following a one-week long bootcamp in Stockholm, their performance in the D2L Season 4 finals was undoubtedly a huge blow to the team, as they were eliminated in two straight series, one against Vici Gaming, and the following to a fnatic roster consisting of two stand-ins in the shape of Jimmy 'DeMoN' Ho and Kurtis 'Aui_2000' Ling.
Changes will be made for Starladder.

Wei has not explicitly set anything in stone, but developed the statement in response to twitter user 'Kol64042251' in a secondary tweet:
@Kol64042251 We tried our best for this event and even went to bootcamp but sometimes shit happens.

While it is unknown what sort of changes are on the way, roster changes seem very unlikely given how close the players on the team are with one another. What seems more plausible are role shuffles or changes in practice methodology.
