With the North American launch of the GameCube only months away, Acclaim has informed GameSpot that it currently plans to release five games for the console's release on November 5. According to a company representative, Acclaim will release Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX 2, Crazy Taxi, Extreme-G 3, NFL Quarterback Club 2002, and All-Star Baseball 2002 alongside the GameCube launch. Acclaim currently has nine announced games and several unannounced projects in development for the Nintendo console. In addition to the games listed above, Turok Evolution, Legends of Wrestling, 18 Wheeler: American Pro Trucker, and Jeremy McGrath Supercross World have been announced for the GameCube.
However, as a multiplatform publisher, Acclaim will not release any of these products exclusively on the GameCube.
