The CMP Game Group today launched the 2005 Game Developers Conference Web site. The GDC, now in its 16th year, is one of the industry's largest gatherings, bringing together developers, artists, musicians, and producers in the interactive media industry. The site gives details and highlights on the conference, which will feature lectures from Peter Molyneux, Tim Sweeney, and Warren Spector, as well as Will Wright's Game Design Challenge, a contest that dares game developers to create a game themed around the poetry of Emily Dickinson. The conference takes place March 7-11 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, California.
