As if Nintendo needed to fan the flames of gamer anticipation, it apparently will leave no marketing angle unexplored.
Gamers looking to own a special gold-colored cartridge of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time can do so by prepurchasing the game at retailers between October 24 and November 22.
Nintendo says supplies of the gold cartridge are limited and will not be available to gamers who wait until the game's official release date of November 23.
Nintendo is hoping to break all previous presell stats for video games with this incentive.
