Zack Snyder's Justice League will be released worldwide on Thursday, March 18. HBO has confirmed that the DC movie will be available internationally on a variety on platforms as well as on HBO Max in the US.

　　The company is yet to specify which distribution options will be available in each territory but did release a list of the intended platforms, which include premium video on demand, subscription video on demand, HBO linear, and HBO Go. The only countries that aren't covered by this are China, France, and Japan, where a release date for the movie hasn't been announced yet.

　　The announcement that Zack Snyder's Justice League will be released worldwide on the same day that it hits HBO Max follows criticism by Snyder of HBO's release plans. In a recent interview with the SnyderCutBR YouTube channel, he said, "there has been not amazing work done with the distribution of the movie. I don't know why that is, I honestly couldn't put my finger on it."

　　The movie is Snyder's four hour reworking of the 2017 DC superhero team-up. Snyder was the original director, but left the movie during production and was replaced by Joss Whedon. The theatrical version of the movie was met with negative reviews and disappointing box office, and fever since fans had campaigned for Snyder's original vision for the film to be released.
