A new gameplay mechanic has been revealed today for Xenoblade Chronicles 2, the new entry in the series launching in less than two months on Nintendo Switch in all regions.
The new mechanic is called Button Challenge and it will allow players to deal additional damage by pressing a button at the right time. You can check out a video showcasing the mechanic right below.

Earlier this week, more Xenoblade Chronicles 2 gameplay footage emerged online, showcasing the build that has been brought to the Milan Games Week.
The other week, a few new Xenoblade Chronicles 2 screenshots emerged online, showcasing the bond indicator in battle. The form of the line actually indicates how strong the bond is between a Driver and a Blade
