Don't Starve launched in April 2013 for the PC and January 2014 for the PlayStation 4. It even made it to the Vita in September last year and to the Wii U this May. After more than two years, it's finally going to be released on Xbox One.
Following a leaked European rating of the game, developer Klei Entertainment took to Twitter to confirm the port. "Hmmm... I guess the cat's out of the bag!" the Twitter post says with an image of the game's rating. "We'll update with more info once we have a date."
The game will launch together with its expansion, Reign of Giants.
Don't Starve is a roguelike adventure game that has a lot of objects and tools to craft and a huge world to explore. Players are given control of a character named Wilson, who must scavenge for food and build tents to survive the night. GameSpot gave it a 7, noting its expansive open world and beautiful art while criticizing its initial grind.
