Professional wrestler Sting will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame on Saturday, April 2, and 2K has produced a tribute video to shine a spotlight on his career. The video features his iconic looks and gameplay footage from WWE 2K16.
The Sting tribute's gameplay footage features recreations of his matches against Ric Flair and Kevin Nash in WCW, in addition to his most recent bouts with Seth Rollins and Triple H in WWE. It also contains footage from the preorder trailer released for WWE 2K15. You can check it out for yourself below.
TMZ Sports reported that Sting's days in the ring are over, saying that he may announce his retirement during his speech at the WWE Hall of Fame induction. The wrestler was injured in his match in September of last year against Rollins, which is being reported as the catalyst for his career-ending diagnosis.
WWE 2K16 recently had its final expansion released, which features the Hall of Fame class from last year. You can check that out in the trailer here.
