Genetic Anomalies, known for its Internet strategy card game Chron X, announced that it has signed a deal with the World Wrestling Federation to develop a "collectible strategy game" based on the WWF.
One expects a game similar to Chron X. Genetic Anomalies says that the game "will also allow users to create and manage their own superstars. In head-to-head and multiplayer matches, fans will have the opportunity to direct the moves and countermoves of their online superstars in a quest to achieve the ultimate goal - the online WWF championship."
Genetic Anomalies predicts a late 1999 release date for the yet-to-be-titled game.
