World of Outlaws: Sprint Cars 2002 was released early last year for the PlayStation 2, and it is now on its way to the PC. Infogrames has announced that the game is in fact just weeks away, and will ship on February 11. Ratbag, the game's original developer, has developed a number of dirt-track racing games and is handling the PC conversion process itself.
The game will feature 12 real-world tracks from the WOO racing circuit and 24 WOO drivers. The single-player component includes a career mode in which players must win prize money and sponsorships and pay for car upgrades and repairs. The game also has multiplayer support for up to 10 players.
