Still, you can't help but feel a little a knot in your gut over this one, especially if you're a fan of the 2K games. The NCAA might have been one of their last, best hopes for a licensed football product, should they continue to make football games, and now those dreams are dashed. At the very least, EA's NCAA Football games haven't been too shabby in recent years, and last year's game was actually a pretty big step up in quality for the franchise overall.
