Simon & Schuster Interactive has announced that its newest parody game, Who Wants to Beat up a Millionaire, will be developed for the Sega Dreamcast. Simon & Schuster has gained some notoriety for publishing other offbeat games such as Panty Raider and Deer Avenger.
Like the show it's based on, Who Wants to Beat up a Millionaire's host, "Egregious Phillin," will ask a series of trivia questions based on history, pop culture, and other categories. If players don't know the answer to a question, they will have access to various types of "lifeboats:" fortune cookie, pass the buck, or chicken out. The last millionaire standing is declared the winner.
The Dreamcast version of the game will be released in October.
