　　The team enjoyed two very fruitful years in the Starcraft 2 and Super Street Fighter IV communities, fostering talent like Rikard 'SortOf' Olsson, who looked to be one of the most impressive non-Korean zergs throughout 2012, 'Starnan' who gradually became one of the best Swedish players domestically and Ryan Hart, a constant combatant for a top 8 finish in almost every major SSFIV event he attended.

　　Aside from their involvement with SC2 and SSFIV, the team also housed teams in Fifa 2012, Halo 4, League of Legends, CS:GO and Dota 2 throughout their lifespan.

　　Western Wolves emerged as an idea in mid-2011, after about half a year of planning, contacting and pitching later, Western Wolves was officially announced on January 4th 2012.
