In Thirty-One, the value of each card adheres to the traditional poker hierarchy. Face cards are valued at 10 points, aces at 11 points, and numbered cards at their respective face values. To reach 31 points, a player needs to have either three cards of the same suit or a sequence of three consecutive cards within the same suit. When a player knocks, the other players are given one final turn to improve their hands before revealing them. The player with the highest-scoring hand wins the round and earns a point, while the player with the lowest-scoring hand loses a point. If a player manages to obtain a hand that totals exactly 31 points, they automatically win the round.
