At its Summer Camp press event, Electronic Arts announced that it has a unique new mode in the works for its first wrestling title, WCW Mayhem. A special pay-per-view mode was introduced. The mode lets gamers input a special password (obtained from real television WCW pay-per-view matches) that will allow them to use the pay-per-view event info (such as match line-ups) right on their console.
WCW Mayhem is currently slated for release this fall for both the PlayStation and Nintendo 64.
