Fox continues to produce excellent couch gags for The Simpsons. The latest one, which airs tonight for the show's season finale, was created by Polish animator Michal Socha and produced by BrosFX. As you'll see, it's inspired by Swedish furniture company Ikea (via EW.com).
It's called "Build Your Own Couch Gag," and it's filled with Duff beer, donuts, and has a pretty great ending. Check it out:
"Take a journey into Homer's brain and push the boundaries of animation," reads a line from the video's description on Socha's website. The spot was actually produced back in 2014, but is only just airing tonight.
The episode,"Orange is the New Yellow," airs tonight at 8 PM EST on Fox.
As for how much longer The Simpsons might be on the air, showrunner Al Jean has said the show--already the longest-running sitcom and animated program in American TV history-- could extend for a 30th season. However, that has not yet been decided yet.
