Wanderlust Interactive, perhaps best known for its Internet "play-to-win-cash" games for the World Wide Web, has changed its name to Adrenalin Interactive, Inc.
Shareholders approved the name change at Wanderlust's annual meeting.
In February, 1997, Wanderlust acquired the operations of Western Technologies, which has released titles under the Adrenalin Entertainment banner. Some of Wanderlust / Western / Adrenalin's most recent efforts include the Ten Pin Alley bowling sim and The Pink Panther in Hokus Pokus Pink and the Pink Panther's Passport to Peril adventure games.
The newly renamed company will continue to develop and license console video games for Sony, Nintendo, Sega and PC platforms and electronic toys and to creates interactive television games for digital set-top boxes.
