A first trailer for WandaVision, the upcoming Disney + series about Vision and Scarlet Witch, has debuted. The trailer premiered during the 72nd Emmy Awards, and shows how the series will mix the aesthetics of classic sitcoms with more modern Marvel elements.
A release date for the series has not been announced yet, but the trailer promises that it is coming soon.
According to the official description sent to press, the series--which stars Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany, reprising their roles from the Marvel Cinematic Universe--will feature Vision and Scarlet Witch living "idealized suburban lives," but realizing that "everything is not as it seems."

A new poster has also been released for the series--check it out below.
The series looks to take inspiration from Tom King's run on Vision, which depicted the character creating a family and a suburban life for himself--one that was very difficult to maintain. The trailer also shows Scarlet Witch in her traditional costume, and it looks like there will be plenty of other fun nods to Marvel lore in WandaVision.
Other Disney+ Marvel shows in development include She-Hulk, Ms. Marvel, and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Another major Disney+ series, The Mandalorian, will begin Season 2 on October 30.
