EVE Valkyrie, the space shooter released along the Oculus Rift headset, is also going to be released for the HTC VR and PlayStation VR headsets in the future. No matter the headset used to play the game, EVE Valkyrie players will be able to enjoy the game alongside other players without limitations thanks to cross-play support.
Earlier today, EVE Valkyrie executive producer Owen O' Brien has announced that the game will support cross-play between PlayStation VR, Oculus Rift and HTC Vive. Mr. O'Brien also revealed some new details on the upcoming Carrier Assault mode, which has been described as an evolution of the current Control mode. In Carrier Assault mode, players will have to weaken the shields of a carrier ship, take down defensive turrets and then infiltrate the ship interior to destroy its critical core.
