VM Labs announced that it will use additional game developers to build for its NUON Technology. NUON replaces the MPEG decoder that DVD manufacturers now build into DVD players. The technology allows MPEG decode along with a powerful chip that enables the machine for games and other interactive services.
The list of developers added on Wednesday includes Adrenaline Interactive, Attention to Detail, Fungus Amungus, High Voltage Software, Interactive Studios, Lifelike Productions, Logicware, Paradox Development, Realtime Associates, Sunstorm Interactive, Team 17 Software, Tiertex Design Studios, The Collective, The Golden Gate Game Company, and Total Arcade Software.
