There are a ton of Vampire: The Masquerade video games out there at this point, but not a lot that really aim to replicate the original table-top RPG experience. Vampire: The Masquerade – Swansong is the exception, and the game’s latest trailer aims to showcase its deep RPG systems. Everybody in Swansong, whether player-controlled or NPC, has their own character card that determines their personality and abilities, which range from conversational skills to being able to see the future. Consistently playing in certain ways will gain new traits and talents. Oh, and don’t expect any fights – Swansong’s battles are all of the verbal variety.
