Bones are one of the first materials you need in V Rising. You can use them to craft your starting set of weapons and other valuable items. They will be useful during your entire playthrough, so you’d better farm them regularly. But don’t worry: finding Bones in the game is easier than you can imagine. Once you collect them for the first time, you will exactly know how to get them in the world of Vardoran.
However, if you are stuck with that and need help finding and farming Bones, we have you covered. In this guide, you will find all the information you need about Bones in V Rising.
You can check the map below and head to the highlighted areas, called Desecrated Graveyard and Infested Graveyard, to start farming Bones. The first location will be easily accessible if you spawned at the West Farbane Woods Waygate, while the second is near the East Farbane Woods Waygate. Once you level up enough, you can also head to the Forgotten Cemetery in the center of the Woods, but be aware that you will find tougher enemies to beat here. However, you will also be rewarded with Grave Dust, a material that will come in handy as you progress through the game.
While exploring graveyards, you can also interact with coffins and collect more items, including Bones. Be sure to look everywhere for materials, as you could easily miss them.
Finally, keep in mind that you can also get Bones when you beat humans and creatures. The best weapon for that is the spear, which deals more physical damage to creatures. But it is also fine if you wish to use other items, especially at lower levels: the damage dealt won’t make that much of a difference. And don’t forget to use your magical abilities, as they can help you speed up the whole farming process.
As you progress through the game, you will need new materials to build weapons and gear with higher stats. Copper Ore is one of them, and you can find all the information you need about that in our guide.
