[Update] Mass Effect producer Michael Gamble has taken to Twitter to state that he has never ever heard of Sinclair Networks before, implying that the rumor is likely false.

　　[Original story] The upcoming Mass Effect Andromeda Story DLC might have been canceled according to Austrian software company Sinclair Networks.

　　Sinclair Networks apparently provides game developers with post-launch support, if their Facebook about page is to be believed. “Providing games developers with high-quality support at a moment's notice. Developing servers and networks as well as bug fixes and patches from some of the world's leading game developers.”

　　The company is said to have been charged with polishing Bioware’s latest Mass Effect title while also releasing post-launch content for the title, but the game’s upcoming story DLC has allegedly been canceled to focus on the upcoming Anthem. At least, that’s what a now deleted Facebook post from the company stated.

　　“This news saddens us to say, but it was made official after a meeting this week that there will be no story DLC for Mass Effect Andromeda. Due to issues in initial production, heavy critique, significant delays in other projects it was decided to shelve the franchise for the time being and all resources and outsourcing are being focused to the 2018 release of Anthem.

　　For the moment the Mass Effect series will be on ice until BioWare can decide which direction the franchise will go.

　　The only content that will be produced will be the recurring APEX missions as well as patches as and when needed”

　　It seems that Andromeda won’t be receiving DLC from the Austrian company, but please take the information above with a grain of salt for now.

　　Mass Effect Andromeda was released for PC and consoles back in March but wasn't as well received as initially expected. Many complained that the title suffered from facial animations that weren't on to par with recent titles. Some 'fans' even went as far to threaten a former female Bioware animator. Several patches have been released to fix the apparent issues since then.
