[Update] A HonSon rep spoke with Nintendo Life about the Nintendo Switch Mini accessories, saying that the current renders are based on secret information. The accessories will eventually go into production once Nintendo officially announces the system.
[Original Story] The E3 2019 has come and gone, and nothing has been said about the rumored Nintendo Switch revisions. Despite this, rumors regarding them are still circulating online, and it seems like the Nintendo Switch Mini is indeed coming before the end of the year.
Chinese company HonSon recently sent out an email saying that Nintendo Switch Mini accessories are in the works and that they will be released before the end of the year. The image accompanying the email includes some fan renders, but this doesn't mean that the company may not be working on these accessories. As CptnAlex noted, how plausible would be for a company to produce accessories for a yet to be announced console if such console does not exist?
Was the Switch Mini just unofficially announced to me?
A gaming company in China just wrote to me letting me know they’re releasing accessories for the Nintendo Switch Mini.
Would a company make products for a console they didn’t KNOW existed, and didn’t have in hand? pic.twitter.com/yQgk7xCbUn

The latest rumors regarding the Nintendo Switch Mini started circulating in April, saying that the console would release in late June. The current model is apparently getting a modest upgrade.
Growth in the current period will get a boost from the launch of a new, cheaper version of the Switch, according to two people familiar with the matter who requested anonymity to discuss private plans. The new device will likely be launched by the end of June, according to one of the people. The existing Switch will receive a modest upgrade this year, though a more powerful version is not in the works, the people said.
