[Update] Plenty of new gameplay videos have also emerged online earlier today. You can check everything out below.
[Original Story] Yesterday, Activision finally talked more about the Call of Duty Infinite Warfare multiplayer features, but also shared more regarding the highly anticipated Call of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered. While all of the game's maps will be included in the remaster, only ten of them will be available at launch. Today, we have learned which maps will be available together with the game and which ones will be added later in December.
Charlie Intel reports that Call of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered will feature the Ambush, Backlot, Bog, Crash, Crossfire, District, Downpour, Overgrown, Shipment and Vacant maps, with Strike, Showdown, Countdown, Bloc, Wet Work, and Pipeline coming in December for free. While Raven Software has no plans to add the COD 4 Variety DLC maps, Broadcast and Chinatown, it's been revealed that things may change, depending on feedback.
Additional maps are, apparently, only one of the ways Raven Software will support Call of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered. Studio Director David Pellas has recently confirmed that they're planning to support the game in a variety of ways, which have, unfortunately, yet to be detailed. Judging from today's news, it's pretty clear how the team will be doing everything they can to make sure players will keep enjoying for a very long time.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered launches as a special exclusive bonus for select Call of Duty Infinite Warfare special editions on November 4th in all regions. We will keep you updated on both games as soon as more comes in on them, so stay tuned for all the latest news.
