Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception will welcome a new game mode in March, the developer has announced. The co-op Shade Survival game type for the adventure title will debut as downloadable content next month. A first look into Uncharted 3's newest DLC.
Outside of publishing the DLC's first screenshot (at right), Naughty Dog did not share further information regarding the content, save for calling it "fiery."
Gamers won't have to wait until March to get their hands on new content for Uncharted 3, however. The Flashback Map Pack 2 was released today on the PlayStation Network as a free download for Fortune Hunters' Club members, or $10 otherwise. That content includes four multiplayer maps from previous Uncharted games sporting new lighting effects, as well as other visual updates.
The co-op Shade Survival mode will also be a free download for members of the Fortune Hunters' Club, a pre-purchase system that gives players all Uncharted 3 DLC at a discounted rate.
