NewKidsCo and Ubi Soft Entertainment announced today that the companies have entered into a multi-year distribution and marketing agreement. As part of the deal, Ubi Soft will publish NewKidsCo's games for the Sony PlayStation and Nintendo Game Boy Color platforms in all European territories and Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. NewKidsCo develops games based on children's franchises such as Sesame Street, Winnie The Pooh, and Hello Kitty, among others, and curretly holds licenses from companies like Disney Interactive, Sesame Workshop, Sony Pictures Consumer Products, and Warner Bros.

　　This agreement has no bearing on NewKidsCo's publishing operations in North America.
