Stating that Trip Hawkins will "offer his experience and expertise to help Millennium with its research and investments," the Santa Barbara-based investment advisory, Millennium Asset Management, said that it has added the founder of Electronic Arts and once chief of The 3DO Company to its lineup of advisers.
Hawkins told GameSpot yesterday, "Clearly technology is a large segment of investor opportunity, and they want to have advisers who can help them understand technology trends and emerging markets and can give them feedback on specific opportunities."
GameSpot recently covered Hawkins' announcement of a new company, Digital Chocolate, he founded just last month.
