Tokyo Xtreme Racer, the racing game from Crave Entertainment, is making its way to stores this Thursday.
Based on the actual Tokyo street-racing scene, Tokyo Xtreme Racer lets players take control of one of more than 25 vehicles, with more than 100 different import parts so players can customize the cars to their precise handling or aesthetic desires. Players may change the color, upgrade the transmission, add a turbo charge, select new wheels, or modify any other parts imaginable.
Tokyo Xtreme Racer offers import-car enthusiasts a chance to drive different variations of their favorite cars. As in real life Tokyo racing, it takes place at night to avoid the glaring eyes of the law, and it is fast and furious. Players experience the race in 60 frames a second, and they are able to compete with opponents on a split screen.
