It's been quite some time since The Legend Of Zelda: Skyward Sword, the Wii entry of the series, and fans of the franchise are anxious to play The Legend Of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, coming on Wii U and NX next year. Nintendo has only recently started talking more about the game, and some of the developers who have made the series what it is took advantage of a recent concert to talk more about the upcoming game.

During The Legend Of Zelda 30th Anniversary concert, which has been held in Kyoto on October 1st, Shigeru Miyamoto talked about The Legend Of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, stating that development is almost done. The legendary game designer also talked about how the Breath of the Wild experience is a return to the roots of the series, where players must figure out things by themselves through trial and error, in the vein of the original game. Interestingly enough, the team would like to make this experience the basis for the series moving forward, which is definitely good news for those who didn't like the excessive hand-holding of recent games.

Eiji Aounuma was also present during the concert and mentioned some new interesting things regarding Link's outfit in The Legend Of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. According to the game's producer, the outfit blue color has a very important meaning in the story, and he hopes that fans look forward to hearing more.

A couple of weeks back, new The Legend Of Zelda: Breath of the Wild gameplay footage has emerged online, focusing on cooking. By preparing meals, players will be able to obtain a variety of enhancements that will make Link's life easier when dealing with enemies.

The Legend Of Zelda: Breath of the Wild launches on a yet to be confirmed 2017 release date on Wii U and NX. We will keep you updated on the game as soon as more comes in on it, so stay tuned for all the latest news.
