Joel (Pedro Pascal) and Ellie (Bella Ramsey) now have their truck and are on the move. The trailer shows that the pair will meet the character Kathleen, who is described as "the ruthless leader of a revolutionary movement in Kansas City." This could be the Hunters from the video game. Kathleen is played by Melanie Lynskey, who also stars on Showtime's Yellowjackets.
