A Message From the Editor
Though my colleagues and I have been covering E3 for 10 years running, never before have we invested so much energy and planning into making our E3 coverage exceed your expectations and our own past standards. Our team of dedicated editors, reporters, and video producers is ready to take this event by storm. For those of you who can't make it in person, our aim is to make you feel as if you're there.
Our pledge is also to cut through all the hype--to give you an honest look at what's behind all the glamour and excitement, in addition to delivering that excitement to you through our coverage. On behalf of the GameSpot crew, we look forward to sharing this experience with you, and it'll be our privilege to serve you as we push ourselves to the limits.

We mean Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo.
The biggest players in video gaming will be making some exciting announcements during their respective press conferences on Monday and Tuesday before the show, and you'll be able to see them on GameSpot. Nintendo's press conference will be broadcast live.
