The Division, the third person shooter developed by Ubisoft Massive now available on consoles and PC in all regions, has received a new update earlier this week, introducing new content, tweaks, fixes and more. Unfortunately the update also introduced some new issues, but one particularly annoying one has been fixed, at least in the PC version of the game.
Earlier today, Ubisoft Massive has released a new The Division PC client update, which addresses the double UI issue that many have encountered. The PC fix, which is around 1.6GB big, will be followed by the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One fixes sometime next week.
Type of bug: Interface
Name of the bug: Double UI
Description: Users have reported that the UI, can seem to overlap over itself, creating a double effect
Is an exploit: No
Potential workaround: N/A
Current status: Fix has been deployed on PC (1.6Gb) - Xbox One/PS4 will follow next week
As already mentioned, The Division latest free update introduced new additional content such as a new Incursion, new features, gameplay tweaks and more. Patch notes usually don't include all the changes introduced by updates, so players had to discover them by themselves. A few days ago, a few dedicated users have detailed all the undocumented changes of The Division 1.2 update.
The Division is now available in all regions on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. We will keep you updated on all fixes and updates coming to the Ubisoft Massive developed third person shooter as soon as possible so stay tuned for all the latest news.
