The hit TV show Ted Lasso starring Jason Sudeikis is coming back for a third season, and the first image has now been released. Additionally, the series has been confirmed to release this Spring.
"Time to win the whole f***ing thing," reads a line from the Season 3 teaser. The image shows Sudeikis' character, Ted Lasso, staring down Nick Mohammed's Nathan Shelley. For anyone just catching up, Ted and Nathan became rivals at the end of Season 2.

Ted Lasso Season 3 will be released this Spring on Apple TV+, but a more specific release date hasn't been announced. The image and release window came as part of Apple's recent presentation at the Television Critics Association press tour. Series co-creator Bill Lawrence declined to go into specifics about Season 3, but said, "I've seen cuts, and it's f***ing amazing," according to Variety.
According to Sudeikis and star Brett Goldstein, the plan is for Ted Lasso to end after its third season. The show was written for a three-season arc, the pair said, but whether or not it could extend beyond that remains to be seen.
In addition to Sudeikis, Mohammed, and Goldstein, the series stars Hannah Waddingham, Brendan Hunt, Jeremy Swift, Juno Temple, Phil Dunster, and Cristo Fernandez.
Seasons 1 and 2 are available now on Apple TV+. The show is based on the Ted Lasso character that NBC Sports created to promote its coverage of the Premier League years ago.
