An end of an era has come. A brief tweet from Team SoloMid's Twitter account today stated they are no longer working with Qualcomm.
For the upcoming LCS Spring Split, we will be reverting back to just TSM. We want to thank Qualcomm for their support over the past year.

This means Team SoloMid Snapdragon is no more, leaving many with outdated TSM shirts.
